7 miles east of downtown Truckee with Reno just another 25 miles. Glenshire is a residential neighborhood of primarily full time home owners. The community has a newer elementary school, a neighborhood grocery store, video store, hair salon, real estate office and it boasts being the "Banana Belt" of Truckee where one can see the lawn sooner than most areas. Glenshire's home owners association dues are $200 a year and 2 tennis courts, club house, pools, a park and lake trail. |
